Festival '25 was an artistic success but a financial disappointment
due to reduced sponsorship and audience numbers lower than expected for our Finale events
Our concern is that Festival is losing its appeal to sponsors and audiences alike, which coupled with the shortage of volunteers to share the organising burden, means we are seriously questioning whether the effort involved in mounting another Festival is justified.
We're open to suggestions for keeping Festival alive, including being organised by another group.
