When entering text, please use 'sentence case' ie normal combination of UPPER and lower case letters

Application fees are automatically calculated according to the following tariff: Ticketed events or free events held in a pub, restaurant or similar hostelry: £30 for the first event, £5 for each additional event *Free events not* held in a pub, restaurant or similar hostelry: No charge for the first three events, £5 per event thereafter NOTE THAT IF YOU ELECT TO PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD YOU MAY BE ASKED TO ENTER YOUR POSTCODE AS WELL AS YOUR CARD DETAILS**
